    Residential projects:

    We undertake development of residential projects both under contractual basis and joint venture basis. We are having tie-ups with various architects with whom we work together as a team to complete your dream houses. This helps the client to select ay architect of your choice so that interaction with the architect and the client get localized.We always help the client complete the project in their satisfaction.

    Mechanical Works:

    From the begining we were into mechanical contracting works.We have done many projects with Petrochemical companies like

    • Pipeline works, (L.P.G ,Product pipelines (MS,HSD,Naptha) Firewater,Steam and Water lines).
    • Fabrication and errection of air vessals,L.P.G Bullets,Pressure Vessals etc.
    • Fabrication of vertical Tanks and horizontal tanks.We have done repair,reconstruction and construction works of various vertical tanks for many petrochemical companies.
    • Shop Fabrication works for various strucural and industrial parts ( Workshops at Cochin & Chennai).

    IBR Works:

    We are an IBR licensed contacting company for more than two decade. We have a regular client list for IBR related works.
